“Cromer was where my mum was born many years ago and I have stayed in a number of chalets at kings over the years both as a child, mum with little ones and now not so little ones. We have been incredibly lucky to have stayed at this chalet three times now. I can definitely confirm its the best one I&#39;ve stayed it!<br />
It&#39;s beautiful and they go the extra mile with fresh flowers, tea, coffee, crisps and chocolate biscuits. Milk in the fridge on arrival. So lovely!<br />

The Kings site office were very informative as to what was happening and how long it would be before we had water. We had no reason to call Keys Cottage. Thank you for making our holiday relaxing”

“I was impressed with chalet when I first viewed it on Keys website but it exceeded my expectations in reality. Wonderful view from front of chalet towards Happy Valley and cliffs. Felt at home straight away and chalet contained everything I needed for my stay. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were first class. Welcome &#39;goodies&#39; pack was unexpected but most welcome. “48 Kings Chalet Park is very good self catering accommodation for a holiday in the quaint seaside town of Cromer in North Norfolk. It is comfortable and quite well appointed with just about everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. My wife and I have been coming to Cromer for one of our annual holidays for over 30 years now and over that time we have nearly always stayed at Kings Chalet Park. We have lost count of how many different chalets we have stayed in, some very good some rather poor. With regard to Chalet 48 it is safe to say that it is definitely one of better ones we have used. There was only one thing missing that we would have appreciated during our stay, a teapot. We do like a cup of tea but we prefer to use a teapot instead of making it in the cup.”

“My daughter and I have just returned from another visit to number 48 Kings Chalet Park. This is a welcoming chalet with a real holiday feel to it, thanks to the decor. It is well equipped and is kept in good order. It is the right size for two adults to stay comfortably.<br />
The chalet is always clean and has nice touches when you arrive, like fresh flowers on the table, a &ldquo;welcome pack&rdquo; and milk in the fridge.<br />
We had an issue with the fridge not working. We reported it to Keys and an engineer was sent out to the property straight away. He was very pleasant and helpful, and the fridge was replaced with a new one very quickly. We also received compensation for the food that had spoiled in the fridge. We were very impressed with the service received.<br />

“The chalet was lovely and clean when we arrived and the welcome pack was the best we&#39;ve ever had - fresh flowers, fresh milk, coffee/tea/sugar, chocolate teacakes &amp; crisps. It is very compact and I think anymore than two would find it very snug. Location wise there are no local shops to buy a newspaper etc however the walk along the cliffs into Cromer or Overstrand is wonderful.”

“This was our second stay at this lovely chalet and it was good to see that the owner had refreshed some if the furnishings and equipment. It is really quite comfortable tho a bit of a squeeze here and there, but given its location close to beach and town, where we spent most of our time, it&#39;s perfect for eating, sleeping, relaxing before enjoying Cromer and north Norfolk&#39;s extensive offer. It&#39;s great value for money, at a quiet site. We&#39;d certainly stay again.<br />

Only two faults were a dirty grill and plug in the bathroom sink wouldn&rsquo;t open to release the water, had to prise open the metal plug which took some effort. “Just back from another week at Kings Chalets. The chalet was as good as usual and we had another enjoyable doggie friendly stay. The chalet was a good place to be . We enjoyed being close to the large sloping field - ideal for dogs and children. We enjoyed walking into Cromer through the small woodland and along the cliffs and having a coffee at the North Lodge Park cafe en route. It&#39;s then just a short walk downhill to the beach with the option of a walk into the town if required. We hope to be back next year.”

“We had a lovely 4 night stay at number 48 from the 19th October during our half term week. Our party was myself, husband, son and dog. We were familiar with the chalet as our parents had stayed there previously and us on the same site in the summer. The chalet is extremely clean and comfortable and the location great for access to the beach. Days out included Bacton beach, the Ship at Mundesley and crazy golf in Cromer. We have highly recommended our stay to friends. ”
